 Company Overview

Splash Laundry provides professional pickup and delivery laundry services, including wash & fold, commercial linen care, and specialty laundry solutions.

We currently operate in:

Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA

Nassau, Bahamas

By using our services, customers agree to the terms outlined below.

 Service Locations & Variations

Services are provided based on the selected location at booking. Policies, pricing, turnaround times, and service availability may vary between Fort Lauderdale and Nassau operations.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct service location when booking.

 Service Hours

Pickup and delivery operate within scheduled route times:

Standard Pickup Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Delivery windows are assigned based on route efficiency and location

 

 Turnaround Time

Fort Lauderdale: Time may vary

Nassau, Bahamas: 24–48 hours depending on volume and scheduling

Rush service may be available upon request.

 Payment Terms

Residential Customers:

Payment is due at pickup or delivery (COD required)

No invoicing or post-payment allowed for residential services

Commercial Customers:

Invoice terms may be offered (Net 7 or Net 15 depending on approval)

Late fees apply after due date

 

 Late Payment Policy

Commercial accounts overdue by more than 30 days will incur a late fee of 10% per month until the balance is paid in full.

Services may be paused on overdue accounts.

 Pricing & Service Fees

Pricing may vary by location (Florida vs Bahamas)

Rush service fee: $15 per order.

 Pickup Policy

At pickup, customers may:

Provide their own laundry bags, or

Receive Splash Laundry service bags

All items are tagged, recorded, and tracked upon collection.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all items are accounted for before pickup.

 Processing Standards

All laundry is:

Separated by customer order

Sorted by fabric type and color

Washed using professional-grade laundry products selected for optimal cleaning and fabric care.

Dried, folded, and packaged under standardized procedures

Pet items are washed separately.

 Lost & Damaged Items Policy

Splash Laundry takes every precaution to ensure safe handling of garments.

Liability is limited to a maximum of 10x the cleaning charge or total order value (whichever is lower)

Claims must be reported within 78 hours of delivery

We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage or wear

Items left in pockets

Unlabeled or unidentifiable items

Delicate or high-value items not disclosed prior to service

Approved claims may result in a refund or service credit at our discretion.

 Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Check all pockets before pickup

Declare special care instructions

Provide accurate pickup and delivery information

Separate any items requiring special handling when possible

 Failed Pickup or Delivery

If a pickup or delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability:

A reattempt or service fee may apply

Delays may affect turnaround time

 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made before the driver is dispatched. Once en route, a service fee may apply.

14. Quality Control

All orders go through a multi-step inspection process:

Intake tagging and logging

Washing and sorting

Drying and folding

Final quality check before delivery

 Limitation of Liability

Splash Laundry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

 

 Agreement

By booking or using Splash Laundry services, customers acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this policy.
